What is Christian Mysticism?

1 John 4:16: God is Love and he who abides in Love abides in God and God abides in him. 

Christian Mysticism is a broad perspective of the nature and history of Christianity, with Love and Christ Consciousness at its core. Christ Consciousness reveals the energy layers that truly drive our reality and includes all of the studies thereof, which are usually referred to as metaphysics. Delving into metaphysics or the mystical leads to greater self-realization, intuition and increased enjoyment of life, at the very least. 

I believe that Christ Consciousness is the highest level of consciousness available on the Planet because Christ Consciousness is Love.  But what is Love? There is Divine Love and Human Love. Christian Mysticism has its roots in the Gnostic Gospels. A Course in Miracles helps us remove our blocks to the awareness of Love's presence.

As described in A Course in Miracles, the man Jesus came and returned home to Heaven. He is now simply a symbol of the energy of Christ, which is beyond words. It cannot be taught, it must be experienced. Our life force, creativity and intuition are indelibly tied together and provide us with the best life experience.

Most importantly, Christ Consciousness is a level of consciousness. It is not a moral code. The benefits of aligning with this frequency are boundless.
